1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Clipper Score at web3clipping.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Clipper Score is a reputation scoring platform for Web3 content clippers. The Service analyzes publicly available data from your X (Twitter) account to generate a score, tier ranking, and performance metrics based on your clipping activity.

3. Account & Authentication

To use the Service, you must authenticate via X (Twitter) OAuth. By connecting your account, you authorize us to access your public profile information and public tweets on a read-only basis. We never post, like, follow, or take any action on your behalf.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to manipulate your Clipper Score through artificial means
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Impersonate another user or misrepresent your identity
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, scoring algorithms, and design elements of the Service are owned by Web3 Clipping. Your Clipper Score results, receipt cards, and tier assignments may be shared publicly by you but remain generated by our proprietary system.

6. Score Accuracy

Clipper Scores are calculated based on publicly available data and our proprietary algorithms. Scores are provided "as-is" and we make no guarantees about their accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any particular purpose. Scores may fluctuate as our algorithms improve.

7. Rate Limits & Fair Use

The Service enforces rate limits on scanning and API usage. Scans are limited to once per 30-day period per account. Excessive or abusive usage may result in temporary or permanent suspension of access.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Web3 Clipping shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your X account.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
